CognitEase

Context

Psychologists and therapists lose hours every week to documentation and scheduling. CognitEase starts where many of them already work: in Telegram — as a mini app, with no install and no new platform to learn first.

Task

The complete system, built solo: NestJS backend, Next.js frontend, Telegram mini app, video calls, scheduling and payments. At the core sits the LLM pipeline — session recordings become SOAP documentation automatically, alongside case conceptualisation and homework tracking.

Result

The platform runs in public beta at cognitease.com — in four languages, registration open. It is also my working proof for LLM pipelines in a field where data protection is non-negotiable.
